Today on the (long) commute home on the bus from work, I had to endure one cell phone conversation after another, including one woman's blabbing on and on and on and on and on and on about her kid's problems in school and why she should stop dating so and so because if they keep getting serious they will have to move in together and then she would just hate it because.... blah.... blah..... blah....  I'm not kidding, it was that bad almost word for word. I mean, how rude and moronic is that?  Why would you want the entire bus listening in to a personal conversation?? I know I wouldn't! If you choose to talk on your phone on the bus, you may as well post a transcript on the conversation on the Internet on MySpace!

My solution which will never happen: ban cell phones on the bus altogether! No one wants to hear about what you are supposed to pick up at the store, what medical condition you or someone has, where your dog went to the bathroom, etc. etc.....  At the very least, whisper!!

I don't think I'm alone on this. I'm crabby now, I think I'll go watch a video of Robyne and Jeff dancing at the fair to cheer me up. ;)

Yea, and lets ban subwoofers, cuz no one wants to hear people's music so loud, and lets ban skateboards cause we all hate when kids skate around parking lots and almost run into you, and lets ban lawnmowers cause no-one likes to hear the neighbor mowing the lawn at 8am, and lets just... lets just BAN EVERYTHING!! Yeah! Cause that's the (liberal) American thing to do! LESS rights every day, why don't we just BAN every little thing that bugs us! YEah! Sounds a little like North Korea... why don't you take yourself to a different country?? That is so rediculous it's not even funny. I mean, I really don't like people blabbing on their cell phones either, but it's a RIGHT we have - and that's what makes us AMERICA! Right? RIGHT? We should be more focused on the ecomony and the fact that agreements are being secretly signed by the Bush administration to join the US and Canada into one country, do your research on the north American Union. (I bet you haven't heard about THAT on myFox9 -no one wants you to know... yet) Our currency will become the Amero by 2010, no longer the dollar! How's that for an ACTUAL issue!? That's what I thought. Not to be rude, but Ban Phones on the BUS? Get real!

Why not include Mexico too. That will solve most of the immigration issues. AND, we won't need a passport!!!!!

Cell phones on the bus or at the airport gate my irritate you, but they won't get anyone killed. Driving while talking DOES kill people quite often. So why isn't talking (or texting, or reading) while driving illegal? Obviously, our gutless politicians would rather see people die than step on the toes of the cell phone companies, who give them lots of money. At the same time, all us yahoo drivers want everyone else banned from talking & driving, but not ourselves. You can't drive and talk, but I can do it with perfect safety because I'm such an excellent driver!

In short, start here: Shut up, hang up, and drive!

It's almost time for summer! My favorite time of year by far. I turn 31 (man I am gettin' old) in late July but I still like summer anyways. I hope the really warm temps come soon! Summer/spring are obviously my favorite seasons; and winter is my absolute least favorite. My favorite sports are tennis, basketball, and football, but I especially love pro tennis. And playing it!
