So you're well into your new life on Age of Conan and loving it, but you're growing tired of spending countless hours trying to acquire gold. Unfortunately, you know gold is necessary if you want to survive in this world because it is the key to better armor and weaponry!
One solution is the just released strategy guide, The
Age of Conan Gold Guide. The guide claims to be the ultimate resource in allowing players to learn tips and tricks that will enable them to harvest huge amounts of gold in a fraction of the time.
We purchased a copy of the guide for review, to see if our skepticism of it's claims was warranted. We allowed two gamers to read the 39 page strategy guide and then test it's theories in game, over a one week period. One gamer was a total novice, or a noob, the other was a more experienced MMO player.
On the final day of the in game testing week, our novice player was able to get 215 Gold pieces in 20 minutes, while our seasoned MMO veteran achieved 375 pieces in just over 15 minutes. Needless to say both were somewhat surprised and impressed by the results. Our experienced tester was sure the guide would tell him nothing he didn't already know, and admitted he was dead wrong.
Our first impression of the
AOC Gold Guide is that it is a useful tool for players of all skill levels. We feel that learning these strategies while the game is so new, will tilt the playing field in your advantage as newer players struggle to gain footing and acquire the needed gold in the virtual world of Age of Conan.

If you just want to start a playing WoW, the first thing you should do is to buy
wow cd key.there are many diffirent places you can get the
world of warcraft cd key, you are supposed to choose those they are professional, such as IGE,Item4u. they always provide in time and in a fair price.
Ok,now you have a brand new character and want to learn how to make gold very quickly? This article is just for you! I feel it will help a lot of newbies to get started and even some people that just started playing on the brand new servers and wants to make gold quickly at the lower levels in the game!Start as Skinner and a Herbalist or Miner for a while to gather resources. You may have to travel to a main town to learn these skills early - but its worth doing early.
Skinner as you will be killing many skinable mobs early on, and either Herbalist or Miner as the radar marker conflicts - you cant have both a Herbalist and Miner radar blip on. I have "toons" that are both Skinner, Herbalist and Skinner, Miner ... I think the coin generated is a little better as a Miner (esp as you get occ. gem drops in ore placements), but if you choose a dark-elf as a race go herbalist as the starting area has no mining resources - there may be an equivalent horde race !
Collect 6 slot bags as quickly as possible ... some will drop as loot, others can be bought from tailors ... you can do a /who and /tell and offer to buy COD (cash on delivery) via the mail system so you Dont have to buy from an NPC vendor or go to an Auction House before you are ready.
Have a "mule" sitting in your factions Auction House Town (eg. Ironforge for Alliance) - create a character that is closest to the Auction House Town .. best a dwarf or gnome for easy access to Ironforge - Humans need to travel via Stormwind and the Underground tram system, Dark-Elves have to travel via foot for about 20 minutes through dangerous territory to get anywhere near Ironforge for the first time ... place your character very near a mailbox that is not busy. There are two mailboxes near the Auction House in Ironforge - one is always crowded .. crowds = lag. Choose the one that is not busy for your log-in/log-out place. This mule you will post your stacks to for sale at the Auction House.
to be continued…

There are some interesting talk about Age of Conan gold sellers in mmorpg forum, you can take a look,,,some of is funny.
Jimmy:
Personally, I do not care if people buy aoc gold. There is, was, and always will be ways for people to turn leisure past times and turn them into a money making venture.
There are problems with it, sure. There are problems with everything in life, but we really should pick our battles. I played the Beta of WoW, and enjoyed the game for a while, back when it was "just another MMO" and while I won't knock the game, it IS a good game and has its market... after some time away from the game I reactivated my accounts and went to play. Was in game all of 5 minutes and was spammed by at least 5 different toons advertising their gold selling websites. That is absolutely ridiculous and should be put to a stop. I tried to play and chat with old friends, but was spending as much time filtering out names I did not wish to be harassed by as I was catching up with past acquaintances.
Haraf:
Cz, want to hear a funny? There are even gold sellers in Tabula Rasa, one of the easiest games to get gold. I swear the gold farming market must be ready for a collapse if they're farming that game, so the AoC gold farmers are of *no* surprise to me. It's a matter of when that market implodes much like the US housing market.
paulscott:
AOC has a MASSIVE gold drain for setting up/sieging/defending bases. It's a gold sellers dream.
The guild leader could easily spend a few billion hiring mercenaries(for a few hours of base defense) once the game is underway for a while. Not to mention the potential if say your crafters have to say work in real life and aren't around for maintence and repairs of a base, you need someone to work on it before the week is up(you'll need lots of resources to boot which you could likely end up having to buy depending on resource spawns and who owns them).
The AOC Gold sellers dream if the economy is even half as borked as a normal MMO's economy.

Taking too much time in age of conan power leveling? Not earning enough Age of conan gold? Having a bad day in PVP battles? Everything seems difficult and you are wondering how others are ahead of you. If you are looking for better approaches and strategies to play Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures, you must try to find a way to figure out.is there any way you can find a shortcut?
Not having enough gold can ruin your experience in Hyborian Kingdoms. AOC Gold is not everything in this barbaric world but it makes life a lot easier with better gear, more consumables and guild recognition. in fact,if you have not enough gold when you needed urgently, you can not win your target in the game.perhaps ,the only way you can find is,buy these golds from the other players they sold gold in some marketplace such as Ige and item4u,and so on.we really know is not the best way to play, but,it totally solved my problems,at least, some killers in aoc said so.
on the other hand,Reaching level cap is an difficult target too. All you have to do is step-by-step . some guys who don't have plenty of time in the game wanna to improve their level in their offline time ,and then, the aoc power leveling is coming.nobody knows if it's a fair things to the other players.but the exchange for leveling will never disappear at all the internet games.it's getting a specail market now, what can we do in future?

You can PK once every 3 hours (real time).Normal PvP / PK, Ctrl + left click for a forced attack. However PK also will be even better, with more than 20 levels. what did you do if you just was less 20 levels? you could try to get rohan power leveling, okay, just kidding, let's go on,PK first name purple hand side is issued. Yukari Kono state name is treated like monsters. Purple name heal until about 30 seconds before the attack has passed if returned. Continue to stay on the offensive against PK then receive a penalty. PK can return after a certain time limit.
Interpersonal warfare, against monsters in a separate calculation of damage is calculated. PvM 70%. (The figures are adjusted join various possibilities.) Monster Boss Always rare, unique items drop. Characterized by it's extraordinary strong level, get rohan power leveling one more time? lol...for the only way to bring them down is by joining a party.
PvP System:
Every player gets to pvp when they reach level 30 and the vengeance system is a little list on the top left corner near below your HP,MP bars.
It record the name of whoever killed you, and you get ONE chance to revenge. How it work, is giving you one chance to Teleport to that person's near by area. No matter if you succeed in killing that person or not, you can't teleport to him anymore unless he killed you again.
But there are exceptions, Dhan and Dekan have the ability to change to red-name, with their name showing either Dhan or Dekan and not their original character's name. When they kill people, their name will not show up in the list of revenge. But the Good news is, if you successfully killed a red-name Dhan of Dekan, not only they have the chance of dropping equipment, you get EXP TOO!! They are basically a mob control by other people that's all, but their level is unknown, and they move around.at last, how could you keep that you never would be killed?the anwser what you are looking for is, rohan power leveling,is it a joke?who knows, believe it or not....

Oh this movie was awful. Terrible, terrible, terrible. It was so out there and so idiotic I basically got the only laughs from the movie laughing AT the movie and Adam Sandler. This movie is trash.... so boring and idiotic... The week before I thought I had a new worst movie ever. This is replacing that. Adam, what the hell were you thinking getting into this mess? Some magazine gave this movie a C+ but it's a definite F-! The jokes were not funny (OK a few were), the plot was insanely stupid, the characters annoying and the fact that Zohan basically fools around with nothing but older ladies was a little sick if you ask me. And there's a cameo by the actress who plays Mrs. Garrett on Facts of Life, Charlotte Rae. Charlotte, why??? I thought you had better sense than to act in films like this. But don't worry I still am a fan. It wasn't even funny when John McEnroe was dancing shirtless at the Hacky Sack Championship (BLEEP???). John I am a fan still but even you had to feel stupid doing that.
Trust me this movie is a failure of epic proportions.

Is it just me, or have we gotten into the season of "doing good?"
I'm heading up to Duluth this weekend, with Team Backdrafters, to take part in my second MS 150 ride. If luck and my quads hold out, I'm planning to do the first day--75 miles from Duluth to Hinckley. The second day, when I should be riding to Blaine, I'll be popping ibuprofen and doing stories on the wonderful people who make this event possible. From the colorful, costumed riders--to the volunteers from small towns who act as crossing guards to make sure everyone stays safe --to the folks who turn out along the trail and at the finish line with their bells, whistles, tink-tinklers and all manner of noisemakers to help root everyone on.
If I weren't doing that, I'd be at "Colinpalooza" on Saturday. It's at Lee's Liquor Lounge, from 1-5, and features acts like Billy Dankert (of the Gear Daddies), the Rank Strangers and Slim Dunlap. It would be worth the 15 bucks right there. But it gets better. The music loving friends of Colin Kuehn have organized this to help with the cost of his leukemia treatment. I really love when contributing to a great cause is painless because it brings people together for a good time--whether its a 150 mile bike ride, or a rock-a-palooza.

It was the kiss of death for her. It really shows that the major population doesn't care for ones mutilating their bodys with needle and ink.. I said the same with gal (last year?) that had the ring in her tongue.....all that type of stuff just turns people off?

"American Idol" results shows are a lot like wedding nights. There's about 58 minutes of talk for every two minutes of action. At least wedding nights don't have group songs and endless self-promotions.
Tonight host Ryan Seacrest announced some of the musical acts who be "mentoring" the contestants this season. The list included Dolly Parton, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Mariah Carey and Neil Diamond. The show will also hold a contest to find a finale song, an idea which worked oh so well last season.
The singing began with the men taking on "While My Guitar Gently Weeps," and while they didn't really connect with the song, they didn't butcher it either. The women then took a turn with "Here, There And Everywhere. The big surprise of that segment was Kristi Lee Cook, who did maybe her best singing so far on the song. The men then joined in for "Because," and that sounded the best of any of the tunes. In part due to the fact that the original version of the tune is a bunch of multi-tracked voices, and the contestants were able to match that sound pretty closely.
Of course, not everyone was happy or comfortable singing the Beatles songs. Rocker Amanda Overmeyer didn't even try and pretend that she was singing along with everyone else as she stood there swaying offbeat and slightly moving her lips every so often. It wasn't until her segment on the tune "The End" that she showed the slightest bit of connection with the material.
After a commercial break, it was a recap of last night's performance. Then Ryan began bringing out the contestants one-by-one to tell them their fate. First up, Brooke Smith. And to the surprise of no one, she was safe. But early favorite Carly Smithson was in the bottom three, and judges Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson each proclaimed that America got it wrong. Just as a sidenote, I always find it amusing that the judges only make a comment on the decision when things go against one of their favorites.
Next up was David Archuleta, who was safe. As was Michael Johns.
Then it was a commercial break, and when the show returned it was an extended behind-the-scenes look at the making of this week's Ford commercial.
David Cook then became the next Idol to learn his fate, and he was also safe. Kristi Lee Cook was next and back in the bottom three. Jason Castro was safe. When Ramiele Malubay came out onto the stage she was wringing her hands and mumbling in anticipation she was headed into the bottom three. But instead, she was safe.
After the commercial break, it was time for another edition of the clumsiest segment on television, the calls from the audience. I ranted about this last week, so I won't burden you again with my unhappiness. But only the "Idol" producers could figure out a way to make viewer interaction seem more like a hostage situation than a chance to entertain.
For "Idol" contestant Kellie Pickler was this week's live performer. She's had a reasonable amount of success with her debut country album and hoit single, "Red High Heels." After showing some behind-the-scenes footage from her current concert tour with headliners Rascal Flatts, Pickler sang live. Her time on tour was very evident in her performance, which was confident and professional and showed just how far raw talent and drive can take you. While I prefer a slightly less traditional-sounding country, I'm impressed with her hard work. I don't think many people gave her much of a chance to succeed, and she now has a career to be proud of.
Then it was time to see where some of the money from last year's "Idol Gives Back" fundraiser has been used. Former Idol contestant Elliott Yamin and Fantasia traveled to Angola. The segment was touching but nothing unexpected until a villager decided to name her newborn boy Elliott in honor of the visitors. He was wiping away tears, and it was a nice twist on the story.
Finally, it was time to see who would be the third contestant in the bottom group. Syesha Mercado is safe. Then Ryan Seacrest brought out the final two contestants, Amanda Overmeyer and Checkzie. Chekezie is safe.
So it was three women in the bottom three, and Carly quickly found out she was safe. Then amazingly, Kristi was safe and rocker Amanda Overmeyer is headed home.
I can't say that the decision was wrong, because while Overmeyer is extremely talented, she just isn't right for this kind of competition. But Kristy may be this year's Sanjaya, a somewhat talented, very charming performer who will continue to knock out performer after performer.

One of the fascinating things about "American Idol" is that while the producers and judges all claim the show is about finding the next contemporary pop star, the actual episodes often seem more like auditions for a really bad cruise ship tour.
Take, for instance, these theme nights. If you were really looking for a singer who reeks of "today," then you wouldn't have the contestants lumbering through week after week of golden oldies.
This week it's the 80s (again), and as a guy who lived through the decade once, I'm not eager to hear a lot of this music ever again.
And it's a tough start for the men, with Luke Menard nearly prancing through a weak version of the Wham! tune "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go." Please, go. Please. Who knew I would be looking back fondly on the singing of Andrew Ridgley?
Next up is David Archuleta, who is essentially already been given the title of next "American Idol." He is a fine singer, with a pure voice that is fun to listen to in small doses. But I wonder how he is going to fare over a long season, when viewers have listened to week after week of precious performances by the show's equivalent of Jiminy Cricket.
Archuleta took on the Phil Collins tune "Another Day In Paradise," and once again, he proved he's sensitive and caring. But he's also too cute for words, and I'm not sure that his older woman and young female teen fanbase will be enough to lift him to an overall win this season.
Danny Noriega was next, and his performance was the one that TMZ.com had predicted earlier in the day was "the one to beat." Proving once again, that TMZ isn't a great judge of talent, since his pouty almost spastic version of "Tainted Love" was truly abysmal.
In the intro to his segment, he recalled that his most embarrassing moment ever was when he went to a movie theater and tripped. If I were him, I would picked the fact that a video of his leaked online that featured him dressed in a fake fur vest and joking that hopes Santa Claus does freaky sexual things to our mothers.
David Hernandez also somehow managed to neglect to mention his stripper past during his "most embarrassing moment" segment, but after hearing him bray through the Meatloaf (and Celine Dion) tune "It's All Coming Back To Me," he might have another choice to mention next time.
It was about this point in the show where I had two thoughts. One, I was happy that tonight's show only lasts an hour. And two, I realized that the show was only about half over.
I had high hopes for Michael John, who has generally been consistent and talented in his performances. And certainly, the audience needed something special at this point. Anytime you start looking forward to the Ryan Seacrest comments, you know you're in trouble.
Unfortunately, hearing John's lame take on The Simple Mind's "Don't You Forget About Me" didn't exactly lift my spirits. I like the guy, and I'm sure he'll make the final twelve. But this was the wrong song for anyone to sing, much less someone with a bit of a rock edge to him.
A much better choice for a budding rocker was David Cook's guitar-driven version of Lionel Richie's "Hello." Randy Jackson described it as a "slightly emo version" and thought it could be a hit if it were released to radio. I thought the same thing, and a smart radio station would take that iTunes version of the performance and play the heck out of it this week.
I haven't been a fan of Jason Castro so far this season. He hasn't picked the right songs, I wasn't thrilled by his performances, and his personality was a just a bit too close to a character in "Clerks." But he bravely tackles Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah," a song Jeff Buckley made his signature piece. It's a difficult tune to sing, and Buckley's version is iconic. But while Castro didn't make it his own, he did a solid job on it and finally gave audiences some reason to suspect he might survive to the final twelve.
Last up was Chikezie, and he's a performer that audiences seem to either love or really hate. I love the guy, in part because I'm a sucker for a good pop/r&b voice, and because I also respect his ability to pick little-known songs that really fit his style.
This week is was "All The Man/Woman I Need," and while it wasn't quite as electric a performance as last week's Donnie Hathaway tune, it was entertaining and I hope it's enough to get him through to the finals.
While the show ended solidly, it was a really long hour. Although I'm sure judges will come out during Wednesday's show talking about how the men "stepped it up" this week

I really have to laugh at this latest American Idol "controversy". Apparently this show has a quota of 2-3 controversies per season. And this latest (non)-scandal involving that David Hernandez guy (hope I got his name right) is absolutely ridiculous. I seem to recall that while definitely not the most prestigious job in America, strip dancing is completely legal, so why a scandal? Firing him for not having done anything wrong is ludicrous as are suggestions supporting any punishment. Unless he has done some truly immoral, illegal, and terrible things that would bring bad publicity to the show, then keep him on. This whole 'american idol controversy' hysteria is so inane.
Now, after having said that, 'Idol' is one of my very favorite shows. And I always think that the auditions move way too fast (though they do devote like three or four weeks to them). Sometimes I have a stupid wish that they would just focus on that, but I will have to buy an 'Idol' compilation on DVD of worst performances, since they always give me a good laugh.
