Well, I do seem to stir up a hornets nest when-ever I set to blogging, but isn't that what it's all about? I cannot agree with "my country right or wrong". What's always set us apart, and kept people struggling to come here, by fair means or foul, is freedom of speech. The knowledge that one can criticize the establishment, and not end up in front of a firing squad. Causing an exchange of opinions, and viewpoints is the very essence of our system. Working within the system, to promote improvement, and positive change, not all ideas are always welcome. We need some serious change now. Our government has become too big, too controlling, too theo-political. The govt is supposed to serve the people, not the other way around, as has been evident over the last few administrations. I have no idea who would be the best for the first office in this country, I only know that, the one we need is probably too ethical to run. As usual, we'll be stuck picking the least of two evils, let's hope our choice will be the right one
