Bird Stuck in Tree

Two of my four children and I found this bird stuck in our front tree after the storm today. We thought it was dead, so we called animal control to get rid of him as we could not figure out how to take him out of the tree. When the person from animal control got here my son and I went to show the man where the bird was only to find on the way to the tree that the bird fly away(of which I am happy).
